My Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Nanny (with references from previous roles), who is compassionate, kind, and enjoys engaging with and creating age appropriate activities for babies/ toddlers (reading, singing, going to the park, and going to playgroups - we do not use screens/phones with our baby).
Both parents work full time, and at least one, sometimes both parents will be working from home while our Nanny looks after Baby. There are no other children or pets.

Hours: 3/4 Days a week full time: 9 am - 5/6 pm (to be discussed - days flexible)
Salary: £19 gross per hour

Role:
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of Baby at all times while in the Nanny’s care
- Creating activities for and playing with a ~ 1 year old Baby, supporting their development
- Standard nursery duties (changing nappies)
- Some light meal preparation for Baby, or feeding Baby with pre-prepared meals cooked by the family - supervising weaning
- No general housework - we are looking for a Nanny who will be focused on engaging with our Baby and do not expect any general cleaning to be done around the house, only tidying up after any activities our Nanny will have done with Baby (such as meals, play)
- Driving is not required
- No travel required

Requirements:
- Full time experience looking after babies / children under 2 is a must
- Minimum 2 checkable references from previous long term roles with young children
- Fluency in any of the following languages for communicating with Baby: English, French, Italian, Finnish
- Non-smoking
- An enhanced DBS check issued in the last year, or willing to get one
- Proof of UK Right to Work status
- A valid peadiatric first aid certificate, or willing to get one
- Ideally, Ofsted registered, with qualifications in early childhood / Montessori approach

Salary: £19 gross per hour
