? Warm and Welcoming Nanny Opportunity in Chipping Campden for 9 Month old Baby Boy ?


We’re a friendly family seeking a nurturing, reliable nanny to care for our delightful 9-month-old baby boy on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the exciting potential for a long-term role that grows with our family!


Current Role Details:
- Days & Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM (flexible for the right candidate)
- Pay: £15-£17.50/hour, based on experience
- Location: Chipping Campden, with full parking provided

Extras:
- Very occasional evening babysitting post 7pm after he has gone to bed. £12 p/h.
Bonus:
- Occasional full day & overnight care (1-2 nights for special occasions) with a comfy spare bedroom and private bathroom. Our son sleeps soundly from 7:00 PM to at least 6:00 AM!
- Potential for more days or hours depending how we find it


What You’ll Do:
- Care for our little one with love, including bottle feeding/solids, preparing simple baby meals, and sterilising
- Handle nappy changes, baths, and follow our simple routine
- Take him on fun outings like pram walks, park visits, or local baby groups to socialize & more
- Engage him with nursery rhymes, or other development stimulents (we limit TV to 15 minutes before bed)
- Ideally you can help with: Light chores during naps (e.g., laundry, folding, surface cleaning). Note: We have a weekly deep cleaner
-Be happy to work along side mum who is usually home, but would just like some time to do her own thing like WASH her hair! You would have a separate designated living room and full access to the rest of the house and garden



What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with babies (newborn experience is a big plus!)
- A warm, patient, creative personality who enjoys following a routine
- Someone comfortable with walks, playtime, and fostering social connections for our son





Ideally, a candidate interested in a long-term role with potential for growth (see below)


Future Opportunities: We’re looking for someone special to become part of our family’s journey! As we plan to grow our family, we’d love a nanny who’s excited about a role that evolves. This could include:
- Increased hours/days to support mum, newborn and our son
- Potential for 2 overnight shifts per week during the newborn phase (first 8-10 weeks), with your own comfortable bedroom and bathroom
- Possibility of a full-time Monday-Friday position for the first few months post-birth. If the newborn phase isn’t for you, we’re still keen to have you for our current role, with the option to hire separately for future needs.
