I am a registered nurse that works days and/or nights 12 to 13 hours and I work 3 days for 3 weeks and one week of 4 days in a month, I have a 11 month old baby who is turning one soon, and requiring a nanny or a babysitter for the shifts that I work, I can give you a month notice of my shifts
