My Requirements
Four-day nanny required in Barnes from early next year, to care for three-year old boy and six-month old girl.
The role is approximately 48 hours per week across four days (Monday-Thursday) though there is some flexibility initially while I am on maternity leave. The position will predominantly be sole charge, though it will involve working closely with me initially, until I return to work in March / April.
Our priority is securing a gentle and nurturing nanny who truly loves their job and is willing to invest (as we are) in establishing a close, long-term working relationship.
Personality-wise we are looking for someone that is loving, gentle, kind, and fun!
The ideal person should also be extremely proactive and willing to take care of light household duties and occasional errands, and will also be flexible, e.g. can stay later if we have work commitments in the evening etc. We’ll be as flexible as possible in return.
