Hi, I’m Ingrid! I’m originally from Brazil, but I’ve been living in London for the past five years. I currently work as a Childminder Assistant, which has given me hands-on experience caring for children of different ages. I live with my parents, and I’ve just finished school and started college. I’m available for babysitting during the week in the evenings and at any time over the weekend. My Experience
I previously worked in a Nursery, as an Early Years Assistant (February 2020-July 2021), I worked in preschool and toddler room, occasionally assisting in the baby room. Some of my duties included: providing a safe childcare environment, organising daily activities maintaining a fun and educational environment following the children's interests, preparation of healthy snacks and follow allergies and dietary requirements, supporting children with potty training, nappy changing, assisting personal hygiene routines, teaching basic Portuguese vocabulary such as numbers, colours and animals, plan activities outdoor to support the child's physical development.
I’m responsible for taking the children on outdoor visits to local parks and playgroups, ensuring they enjoy fresh air and physical activity. I’m passionate about cooking healthy, fresh meals from scratch and involving the children in creative daily activities like crafts, painting, and storytime. We currently care for eight children in our setting, providing a close-knit, family-like environment.

My Qualifications
I have completed courses in first aid, safeguarding, childminding, and advanced childminding. Additionally, I hold advanced qualifications in safeguarding as well as food hygiene.
