About Me

Hi there, my name is Sophie, I am 29 years old and live in Hertfordshire. I am an experienced nanny but I am now looking for a new long term permanent nanny position. I can be flexible and I am available to start immediately.

I can provide excellent references, and I have experience working with children of different ages from newborn to five years. I also have experience in sole care of children and supervising multiple children at one time. I have an up-to-date enhanced DBS check and I am trained in Paediatric first aid.

I feel it is a real honour and privilege to work alongside families and to witness their children grow, develop, and have fun. I am patient, and practice empathy and compassion in my role as a nanny. I understand the importance of safety and carefully monitor children whether I am with them indoors or outdoors. I have maintained good relationships with the previous families I have worked with.

I would be an excellent Nanny for this role as I am an independent person, and I have travelled a lot, and I understand the concept of boundaries and can be discreet, whilst also building positive relationships with the children I care for and the family. I also have an interest in health and fitness and I am a keen runner.
