About Me
Hi, I am 33 years old. I have 4 children of my own, one with special needs (Autism). I also have a dog and a cat, and I have been working with teenagers/children for many years, with my main experience being special needs and mental health across a variety of ages. I love working with children and as a mum myself know how difficult it can be, so am looking to offer my services in babysitting across any age. I am also DBS checked (enhanced) and this remains on the update service due to my current work.
My Experience
I have worked for 16 years across a variety of fields, predominantly within the health and social care sector. I have experience with all ages and a variety of educational and mental health needs. I have experience from newborns up to, and including, teenagers/adults.
My Qualifications
I have:
NVQ level 2 and 3 in health and social care
FdSc in mental health practice
BA (hons) applied care practice in mental health
And a PGDip in mental health nursing
As well as a variety of training including up to date safeguarding and first aid training.
My Availability
Mostly evenings and weekends, ideally looking for something ad-hoc rather than regular hours, to fit around my work and my own children, but would be willing to consider a small amount or regular hours.
