Hola! I'm Yolanda but children normally call me Yoli.
I'm originally from Barcelona but I have been living in Scotland for more than 5 years.
I speak Catalan, Spanish, English and a bit of Italian.
I love crafts, nature and outdoor play, cooking, storytelling, play all sort of games, singing nursery rhymes in different languages and play my yellow ukelele.
My Experience
With over 17 years of dedicated service in childcare and education, I have worked with a diverse range of learners, spanning from 1 year old to nearly adulthood. For example, as a Primary School Teacher in Spain or an Early Years Practitioner in various nurseries across Fife, Dundee and Perthshire. I'm also a Bookbug session leader and I have been introducing Spanish to the children via games, songs and stories.
Fully PVG checked and registered with the GTCS/SSSC.
My Qualifications
- BEd degree in Primary Education. Specialized in Arts & IT. Dissertation about programmable robots "Beebots".
- HND Childhood practice at SCQF level 8 with placement of 3 months in Italy.
- AMI Montessori Assistant (3-6 years).
- Bookbug session leader.
My Availability
I'm a weekly nanny of three different families and a sporadic babysitter for families based in Cupar, Balmullo, Leuchars, St Andrews, Cellardyke, St Monans, etc. See below my availability:

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
Fees are dependant on distance, number of children involved and number of hours worked.
For less than 4 hours, after 6pm or weekends, it's 15£ per hour.
12£ per hour for a block of 4 hours or more.
I'm flexible, so please get in contact to discuss any arrangements.
