About Me

Hello Parents,
I’m Cheyanne, a bilingual (English and Swedish) nanny with over 8 years of experience in childcare. I’m currently looking for a full-time, live-in nanny position and am available to start ASAP. My journey in childcare began in my mother’s childminding setting, and since then, I’ve gained extensive experience, including my longest role as a nanny for seven children, two of whom were newborns. For me, nannying is more than just a job—it’s a meaningful responsibility to nurture and support the development of precious little ones.
I’m often described as bubbly, creative, nurturing, and enthusiastic about what I do. I take pride in maintaining a tidy, organized environment and always present myself professionally. Within the parenting community, I’m known for the high-quality care I provide, and I’m proud to have built lasting relationships with families who continue to give me glowing references.
In my ideal nanny role, I take charge of planning the day, from organizing activities, meals, and outings to managing any necessary admin. I have a preference for working with children between the ages of newborn and 5 years old. I’m also open to driving and exploring London and beyond, so if your family enjoys outdoor adventures, I’d love to be part of that! Ideally, I’d like to work with a relaxed family that trusts me to make decisions while on duty and values my initiative.
I strongly believe in the importance of the EYFS framework for children’s development. I incorporate this into a wide range of activities each week, balancing both indoor and outdoor play that fosters growth and self-expression. Watching children’s unique personalities emerge through these activities is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
One of my special skills is cooking and baking. I love preparing healthy, nourishing meals for the children, and I always enjoy involving them in the process. It’s a fun way to teach them about food, teamwork, and healthy habits.
I also document my nanny journey on Insta, sharing fun activities and cooking adventures. While this is something I enjoy, I always respect the family’s privacy and will only post with full permission—ensuring that no personal information or faces are shared unless agreed upon.
Outside of nannying, I’m passionate about staying active. I love going to the gym, cycling, trying new cuisines, and taking on wellness challenges. Right now, I’m in the middle of completing my 75 Hard challenge!
