About Me
Fern Palfrey - 25 year old SEND teaching assistant looking for a career change after having a baby in January. I live on a beautiful farm with horses, sheep, goats, dogs, cats and ducks. I love the great outdoors and I intend on sharing this love and passion with my clients children. Myself and my little one both love to be busy and I feel this career will really suit our lifestyle.

My Experience
I currently assist a client with her newborn while she enjoys some free time/ work from home. I have been helping around the house with standard cleaning and organising babies laundry.
Having a young child myself means I have fresh skills with newborns.
I worked in a SEND school as a teaching assistant for three years. My role before this was at a children’s home as a care assistant.
I was always very popular with students as I made them feel very secure. I am kind and caring but absolutely not a push over. I maintain boundaries and can be somewhat stubborn but this characteristic was very important in this role.
I then previously worked with horses coming out of college. Doing a bit of teaching (horse riding) all ages, levels and abilities.
