About Me
We are a family with 2 girls - a 5 year old in reception and a 9 year old in year 5. Welive in Pannal Ash area of Harrogate with Daddy.
The girls are lovely but quite energetic and high attention needs. The eldest has diagnosed autism and awaiting assessment for ADHD. We have successful parenting techniques to manage the challenges so would be looking for a nanny who is flexible to adopt these - also open to your nanny wisdom to further improve our parenting!
Someone who can be flexible, light-hearted and nurturing would be a great
Fit. Ideally you would be comfortable
With driving the kids places too.
Parental well being is suffering because of the needs of the children which leave little time for self care, recreational activities and housekeeping/ home admin. We feel the right person could really
Make a positive difference to the family well being.
My Requirements
We are initially looking for maybe 4-6 hours per week part time help with some babysitting and housekeeping/ potentially home admin. I am currently not working but keen to resume this soon so looking for someone who is able to increase support at this stage.
We can be flexible regarding times of support / babysitting if this helps, the idea is just to create some “me Time” for the adults.
I’ve not filled in the table below yet as don’t want this to cause confusion given our Flexibility to fit with the right nanny’s other commitments.
