About Me

I hold a level 2 & 3 NVQ in early years, have experience working in pre and primary school. My aim is to promote independence and a healthy lifestyle which children in my care can carry with them to adulthood and this is reflected in the activities and environment I have created.

I have set up a nursery in my home and garden, with high quality award winning toys and equipment to support learning in line with the EYFS framework. I am also conscious of the environment so have minimal plastic and try to reuse and recycle as much as possible. This will also help teach your children to be environmentally conscious from a very young age. I am passionate about nature and outdoors, we plan to be outside as much as possible unless the weather stops us!

I have always been passionate about children, in fact so much so I went on to train as a paediatric nurse. Clinically, my experience with children starts from pre term babies from the neonatal unit to young adults. I am still registered with the NMC and will continue to work as a nurse around Childminding.

I also run breakfast and after school clubs and offer holiday fun outings and activities.

For parents, I want to offer as much flexibility as practically possible and a peace of mind that your children will be cared for holistically.

Last but not least, I have a pet bird called Skittles. He loves little people!
