About Me
Hi! We are a Spanish/Italian new little family. My name is Sara and I live in Sutton with my partner Gaetano and my baby boy Leo who is 7 months old now.
I sadly had to say bye to my maternity leave and return to work. I work as a Spanish Language Assistant at a High School in Epsom.
Leo has been going to a nursery since the beginning of September 2024 ( almost for two months now), but I am not sure about him going to nursery and being so little compared to the other children who also attend his Baby room. We would like him to get the attention he needs as a baby, that is why we are considering finding a childminder o nanny to look after him while we are at work.
My Requirements
Leo is 7 months old and he is still breastfeeding. I would provide the milk everyday to the person who would look after him. He is now used to the bottle so feeding him will not be a problem!
Although he is not a fan of it yet, he is now eating solids. We are introducing different types of food everyday, in different ways such as puree, mashed, or cut in a way that it is safe for him to swallow as he does not have any teeth yet!
We would like to find a person who is bubbly, likes playing, talking and singing to babies and can support him. The duties would be feeding him - milk and food would be provided -, change nappies, going for walks or play with him and try to put him to sleep when he needs a nap.
He is a very happy baby, very bubbly and talkative. He rolls over on the floor very quick, he is trying to crawl so hard but still is not there yet, and likes his books so much. He also loves going out and about and looking at the sky and trees. He sleeps half hour in the morning and sometimes an hour in the afternoon but he doesn't have a very good sleeping pattern during the day as he doesn't want to miss what is going on around him.
We are looking for a childminder or nanny who would be able to look after Leo 3 days a week:
- Monday: 8.15am - 12pm
- Wednesday: 8.15am - 4/5pm
- Thursday: 8.15am - 3.30pm
We need some flexibility as sometimes we would drop him off a bit later than 8.15am or we would pick him up before the hours above. We want to be with him as much as possible so sometimes his dad starts to work later or I finish work earlier.
