I create a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive
emotionally, physically, and socially. My approach blends
child-led and guided activities, with a strong focus on
nature-based play. We spend plenty of time outdoors,
helping children connect with the world around them.
Mindfulness is part of our routine—I incorporate simple
practices like breathing exercises and gratitude to support
emotional well-being and a positive outlook. I also prioritize
healthy, balanced meals to support growth and
concentration.
My Experience
I have extensive hands-on experience caring for children from new borns to 11yr old. As a parent, I've developed strong skills in nurturing, managing daily routines, and meeting the needs of children. In addition to my experience as a babysitter and nanny, I have worked in a children's home, where I supported vulnerable children, ensuring their well-being and helping with educational and recreational activities. I also have completed all required EYFS training and hold an Agency Ofsted registration, demonstrating my commitment to providing high-quality care. This combination of personal, professional, and certified training has given me a well-rounded understanding of child care.

From the beginning Emilija created a warm and naturing environment for our 2.5 year old daughter, she feels very happy there and she loves to go there every day . Emilija has ability to engage with children through creative activities, games,and outdoor play has been amazing. Every day she has plans and ideas on what they will do. Our daughter developed lot of new skills and forming nice friendships with other kids as well.
Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate our family's needs have been greatly appreciated. We higly recommend Emilija to any family seeking a reliable, caring and skilled childminder and nanny as well.

She’s a fantastic childminder who was very helpful and efficient when I needed emergency childcare to wrap around my work hours and my daughter really enjoyed playing with her toddler and was perfectly happy. I would highly recommend her as she’s so active and children get to see many different places with her.

◼️This is my LO’s first time attending childminder (She is 2y/o) and has never been away from us, but Emilija has been so patient and caring towards her, and always updates us of what their activities for the day.
◼️I have a very good experience with Emilija and so is my daughter, the settings and cleanliness of the area is superb.

Emilija has been babysitting my 2.5-year-old son for over a year and I can't thank her enough for the wonderful job she does. She is reliable, has a high attention to detail, professional and is very caring. Her calm, patient approach is exactly what my son needs, especially with how much he loves interaction!
My son really enjoys all the creative work, messy plays, outdoor activities and trips to local farms that Emilija organises - things I actually struggle to manage myself due to being a FT mum. I'd like to thank you again for all the help, support that you do for us and for my LO. I highly recommend Emilija, she is simply amazing.
