My Experience

I have 3 years of experience working with children in various childcare settings. I started my career in Spain as a teacher for Reception Year, where I developed a solid foundation in early childhood education. Then, I moved to Ireland, where I worked in a nursery and an afterschool program, caring for primary school children in the afternoons. During my time in Ireland, I worked with preschoolers and babies, focusing on their individual needs and creating a fun learning environment.

Most recently, I worked at a nursery in London, specifically with toddlers and preschoolers. In this role, I was responsible for creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere, ensuring that each child felt secure and valued. I organized a variety of fun and educational activities, promoting language development through play, storytelling, and music. I also assisted with potty training and taught nursery rhymes, which helped enhance early literacy skills.

Currently, I am pursuing a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages, which allows me to incorporate language learning into my interactions with children, enriching their educational experience and helping them develop a love for languages at an early age.

In addition to my university studies, I occasionally babysit a child when their parents need support. During these babysitting sessions, I ensure that the child is engaged and entertained through games, outdoor activities, and creative projects. My goal is always to provide a fun and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and express themselves freely.
