About Me

I have been working in the care industry for the last 7 years starting from a young age, this is what I enjoy most in life, supporting young people and adults to succeed in life, to be given opportunities to better themselves, making sure they are safeguarded, and supported through all aspects in life, teaching them new skills to become more confident boosting there self esteem for them to achieve more. Being there role model .as a current support worker I teach them right from wrong how to build resilience and build there independence skills into adulthood pushing them to succeed. Getting to know them very well to give them the right support for there needs. Making sure personal care is done to a high standard, and they are healthy, everything is done for the child’s best interest, attending appointments vital for there health and having up to date training in MEAs, first aid,coshh,fire safety, hazards and epilepsy training and having my NVQ level 3, All these give me more knowledge to support and take care of the young people correctly to the best of my ability. Knowing there needs and how to achieve and build there goals in life.
