Hello! My name is Lina, I’m 29 years old and I’m based in Bermondsey.

I have experience working full time in Early Years childcare/nurseries for 1 and a half years with children ages 0-5 years old.
Now I am interested in transitioning to become a full time nanny.

I’m an honest, trustworthy, reliable person with a calming and caring nature. I love being creative, having fun and teaching children through play.

I have a background in Psychology and experience in a Montessori setting, and am passionate about giving children the best provision to support their development.

My skills and duties include but are not limited to:
• Bottle-feeding, nappy changing, potty training, laundry, grocery shopping, helping around the house.

• Ability to plan engaging activities, storytelling, arts and crafts, music activities, messy play, target EYFS prime and specific areas.

• Highly dependable and punctual person who will pick up and drop off children at nursery/school on time.

• Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment where children can play, learn and grow.

• Teaching children phonics, helping with homework and keeping daily records of activities/nap times/feedings/nappy changes etc.

• Teaching children multiple languages as I am multilingual (Fluent in English, conversational level in Armenian and Korean, beginner in Spanish)

• Ability to calmly handle upset children and/or accidents.

• Going on outings to the park/playground/shops/library and encouraging children to have fun in different kinds of weather (wearing raincoats and wellies to jump in puddles!)

• Cooking and preparing nutritious and healthy balanced meals that are enjoyable for children.

I hold safety and the safeguarding of children at my highest priority, and I hold a Level 2 Safeguarding Children training certificate, along with a Full Enhanced Child Workforce DBS check.
I carefully monitor children at all times, including and especially when they are unwell, during outings to the park/playground/supermarket/museums.

As a key worker, I have made excellent relationships with many families, parents/carers and children; and I feel it is of great importance to care and provide children with an enriching development.

I am a diligent, hard worker with a nurturing and fun personality who can be depended on and who has a genuine love and care for what I do.
