Hi, I’m Alice, a mother, Baby Care Instructor, and Postnatal Doula based in Clifton, Bristol, where I live with my partner and beautiful baby daughter.
As your Postnatal Doula, I am here to nurture and support you during the first few weeks and months after birth, with flexible packages to meet your family’s needs. I can be there to help with baby care, tackle household tasks, provide guidance on feeding, occupy your other children, or simply look after your baby while you take a breather to do what you need most in that moment.
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and supporting you on your parenting journey!
My Experience
In the last 10 years or so I’ve worked in various forms of childcare and family support roles, from running my own childminding business, to being a member of the management team in a cherished Steiner School.
Having most recently worked in the finance department of a London-based book publisher, I craved a gentler pace of life after my daughter was born. I seek to gift parents with the ability to create calm, nurturing routines with their little ones, and to feel the support and care of the community around them during the postnatal period.
Along the way, I’ve earned a Diploma in Child Care & Education, a BA Degree in Early Years, and a Master’s in Children’s Literature. I have completed Doula training with Every Birth Matters, and Baby Care Instructor training with To Baby & Beyond.
