The process is asking to advertise two PA roles who work at the same time for a SEN family.
This is the basic responsibility and requirement:
- work with another PA in the job
- care a non verbal young person with challenging behaviour and mental illness
- video recording is required to provide safety evidence
- own risks of any injury and harm due to challenge behaviour of biting and hitting and kicking
- DBS check will be conducted by social worker.
- Take home pay is £11.44 by Direct payment team.
