About Me
I’m a mum of two neurodivergent children. I’m temporarily homeschooling my eldest while he is awaiting a new school. Alongside this I’ve worked at a local infant school for 4 years. I love spending my days outdoors, walking, cycling, crafting and gardening.
My Experience
I’m a qualified secondary school art teacher and have worked in an infant school and nursery for the past 4 years. I’ve worked with nursery, reception and year 1, alongside working as a 1-1.
I have completed various training courses around Autism/PDA and ADHD and have extensive experience working with neurodivergent children from a personal and professional perspective.
I’m confident with bed and bath times, meal prep, along with stories, crafts, baking and games.
My Qualifications
I have a PGCE in Art education and over 17 years working in education and with children.
I have completed over 10 training courses surrendered children with SEND.
I also have a basic food hygiene and first aid certificates.
I have an enhanced DBS check.
My Availability
I’m available evenings and weekends, along with the odd morning day in the school holidays.
I’m happy to do baby sitting, some after school childcare, tutoring in Art/ private art lessons.
