About Me

I am delighted to offer high-quality childcare spaces Monday to Friday in my nurturing, Ofsted-registered childminding setting, located just a 10-minute drive from Luton Parkway Station in Cockernhoe. As a dedicated childminder, I take great pride in creating a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where children can play, explore, and flourish at their own pace.

As a mother to a two-year-old boy, I understand the importance of providing personalised, home-like care that respects each child’s individual needs. While we follow a structured curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, I also embrace a flexible, child-led approach—ensuring that each child receives the care and attention they need. Whether they require an extra nap or prefer to play while others rest, their unique needs are always valued and accommodated.

I am supported by a fully Ofsted-checked assistant, allowing us to provide attentive, high-quality care for babies, toddlers, and young children. Together, we help children meet their developmental milestones, foster early phonics and literacy skills, and build a strong foundation for learning.

Each day in our setting is vibrant, engaging, and varied, with activities that spark curiosity and creativity. Children enjoy:
? Arts and crafts (painting, sensory play, and creative projects)
? Baking and cooking (hands-on fun with food)
? Gardening and outdoor play (exploring nature and developing physical skills)
? Early literacy and numeracy (introducing letters, sounds, and counting through play)

To keep parents informed, I maintain a daily online care diary with photos, providing updates on your child's meals, sleep patterns, nappy changes, and special moments throughout the day.

I am passionate about healthy eating and provide a balanced, varied menu made with fresh ingredients. For little ones starting their weaning journey, I offer age-appropriate, home-cooked meals, ensuring they receive the best possible start with a positive approach to food.
