About Me
Hello! I’m Joana, a 20 year old university student studying criminology and sociology. I have an enhanced DBS! I have years of experience working with children and I am working towards becoming a primary school teacher. I am looking for some babysitting jobs that allow me to fully focus on my degree whilst earning some extra money. I am open to both long term and short term jobs and I can also help with tutoring at KS1 and KS2 levels. I can cook and help tidying up and helping with any extra tasks! Unfortunately, I don’t drive but I am happy to use public transport or walk wherever necessary. Please do get in touch if you think I would be a good fit for your family!
My Experience
I have experience babysitting children aged 3-12 as well as experience working in a primary school. I am currently completing my second primary school placement and I look forward to completing my teacher training to become a primary school teacher. I have worked in school holiday clubs providing a range of activities for students and I also provide tutoring for KS1-KS2 students. I can cook and help tidying up the house if needed too!
My Qualifications
I have completed my GCSE qualifications as well as a BTEC Level 3 in Business, achieving two distinction stars and a distinction (equivalent to A*A*A). I am currently studying criminology and sociology and I will then complete my PGCE teacher training to become a primary teacher.
My Availability
I have to work around university and so this is my current availability. This is likely to change around the end of Jan. I am also able to work more hours during school holidays/bank holidays.
