I am a nursing assistant. I am an empathetic person loving, kind, and hardworking. I enjoy working with children and have always been involved in helping my sister with her babies. My Experience
Working with the NHS in the Pediatric ward as a Nursing Assistant has enabled me to understand the extraordinary behaviours of children. My passion for working with children has significantly developed since I began this role. Additionally, helping my sister with her children has further fueled my enthusiasm for working with kids, leading to increased experience in handling babies.
Collaborating with organisations that address challenging behaviours in children has had a great impact on my ability to support parents who need assistance with their babies. Furthermore, helping my friends with their babies has allowed me to become more compassionate toward them, especially given how tender and vulnerable they are. I believe my experience will be valuable for any parent seeking support.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in Psychodynamic Counselling, which has allowed me to become a better listener and more compassionate, ultimately improving my work experiences. Additionally, I hold a diploma in Business Computing and am proficient in various day-to-day systems. I possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. I also have a First Aid certification and a Care Certificate from the hospital, along with a Safety Certificate.
