Thanks for your interest in being a nanny for our family! We have 3 boys, the older two (8 & 5) go to school in the Peckham / East Dulwich area, and the youngest (3) goes to a local nursery.
We're new to the nanny game - we have been using after-school clubs to provide wrap-around care up to now. With our middle son having started school in September and our 3rd son due to start next September, we are looking for a nanny to help us primarily with school drop offs and pick ups.
The school is a 10 mins bus ride / 25 mins walk from our home. Our oldest loves learning languages and they all love music, so a nanny who speaks another language or is a bit musical would be a real bonus! Most important to us though is someone who is reliable, loves having fun with children and leads with empathy.
My Requirements
We're looking for an after-school nanny (and ideally before school to do drop-offs, although this is negotiable) in the East Dulwich area. We'd need the nanny 5 days a week, for 3-5 hours per day (depending whether drop off is included), both term time and school holidays, with potential for longer hours during holidays.
The nanny will be looking after our 8 & 5 year old, plus another 5 year old (who goes to the same school) 2-3 times a week depending on their parent's shift work. We would be looking to include our 3 year old from September 2025, when he also starts at the same school.
We'd like the nanny to do afterschool pick up, help the children with their homework (typically spellings, reading and timetables), give them snacks and maybe dinner.
