My Requirements

The successful candidate will be expected to help nurture our son’s curiosity through creative play and learning, and plan/take him to a range of activities outside the home. We want our nanny to nurture a love of the outdoors by spending time exploring and exercising. Experience of caring for children of a similar age is essential. And working them through a proper routine and discipline whilst making things enjoyable for the baby.

Other duties will include: bathing baby ,baby’s laundry, preparing meals for the baby, clearing away after the baby at the end of the day.

Required:
· At least one year of experience as a nanny or childcare worker caring for 1-2 year olds
· Current paediatric first aid qualification
· A loving, fun, energetic outlook
· Full DBS check
Fluent English
· Non-smoker

Desirable:
· We expect our nanny to undertake housekeeping / cleaning duties but a willingness to muck in with general household tasks e.g. unloading dishwasher, unpacking grocery deliveries or picking up parcels would be an advantage.
· Ofsted registered (or willing to be registered)
· Active lifestyle and interests (something we would like to encourage in our child)

Nice to have (but not necessary):
· A full clean driving license
· Musical or liking for reading skills (as baby loves both) — looking for recommendations.
