Responsibilities:
Nanny Duties:
• Provide attentive and loving care for our 4-month-old baby.
• Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine, including feeding, napping, playtime, and bathing.
• Engage in age-appropriate activities to support the baby’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Prepare and feed bottles, and assist with introducing solids when the time comes.
• Monitor the baby’s health and well-being, and communicate any concerns to parents.
• Follow parents’ preferences and guidelines for care, including sleep training, feeding schedules, and developmental activities.
Housekeeping Duties:
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including tidying up common areas, baby’s nursery, and play areas.
• Baby-related laundry (washing and folding baby’s clothes, bedding, and blankets).
• Cleaning and sanitizing bottles, toys, and baby equipment.
• General household organization and upkeep to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a nanny, babysitter, or caregiver for infants.
• Experience with light housekeeping and organizational tasks.
• Knowledge of infant development, safety, and care practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, patient demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Must pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with sleep training and introducing solids.
• Knowledge of baby sign language or early childhood education is a plus.
