I work full time running a restaurant which is within close proximity to the house, however I lack time to oversee my son as he is by himself when he gets home. My wife, his step mom works full time as well and gets home late. I ideally need someone who can encourage him to study and do extra curricular activities instead of staying in and been on the phone and or games. And ensue certain chores are completed.
