About Me
My teaching approach is interactive, engaging, and adaptable, with lessons designed to meet the individual needs of each student. I follow the National Curriculum, ensuring that learning is both challenging and meaningful, with real-world connections. My goal is to help students not only understand their subjects but also think critically and creatively.
Additionally, I offer both face-to-face and online tutoring to provide flexible learning options. My services are available throughout term time and during school holidays, should additional support be needed.
My Experience
I am a qualified teacher with extensive experience working in primary school settings, as well as with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN/SEND).
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of providing home tutoring for children in KS1, KS2, and KS3 across a variety of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, as well as 11+ prep, entrance exams, and other curricular subjects. I start by conducting an initial assessment to fully understand your child’s unique learning requirements, which allows me to create an individualised learning plan. This plan is tailored to address any gaps in knowledge, build confidence, and prepare your child for any upcoming exams.
