She gives countless smiles everyday and is a joy to be around. But very shortly mum is returning to work and looking for the right daycare.

My Requirements
Hi there, my baby is 11.5 months old and we just started settling sessions at nursery. I am not sure it is the right place for her as they offer 3 naps, which in my view works well for 1-nappers or 3 nappers, not for 2-nappers as the wake windows don't match at all. I am looking for a childminder that can respect the baby's need for sleep and appropriate wake windows for their age/development. Looking for prompt support as I am about to start work on 4th Feb! Ideally 5 days a week (can consider 4 for first weeks). Times tbc but could be around 8am-6pm. Thank you!
