My Requirements

We are a friendly, busy family looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to join us in July on a part-time basis, transitioning to full-time from September.

We have a 4-year-old son who will be starting reception in September and a baby girl due in June. Both parents run their own business and often work from home—Mum will be around at times but will need to focus on work.

Key Responsibilities:
July / August – Part-Time Role

Primarily caring for our newborn while Mum transitions back to work.
Helping to settle into the family routine.

September / November – Full-Time Role

School pick-up & after-school care for our 4-year-old, including engaging activities.
Full-day care for the baby, including taking her to classes, playgroups, and library visits.
School holidays & clubs – Care for both children during school breaks, including drop-offs/pick-ups from holiday clubs.
Meal preparation – Cooking healthy meals for both children.
Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, organizing belongings, children’s laundry). No deep cleaning required, as we have cleaners.
Occasional babysitting (evenings/weekends).
Errands - post office / food shopping etc
Travel with the family is preferable but not essential.

Requirements:
Must have experience with babies.
Must drive and have a reliable car.
Kind, patient, and proactive with a genuine love for children.
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
DBS check and excellent references required.
