About Me
I have recently retired from the NHS after 40 years of service as a registered nurse, I worked as a community nurse for most of my nursing career then as a immunisation nurse for last 4 years often working with children, I am a granny to Euan whom is 6 months old and has special needs he lives in New Zealand and I miss him very much, I love children and have 3 grown up children,one lives in New Zealand, one in Australia and the other in Aberdeen.
My Experience
I have worked in nursing for 40 years, I am also a granny to Euan whom has downs syndrome.I am a mum to 3 adult children,I laterally worked as an immunisation nurse and this involved working in pre school clinics and schools.
My Qualifications
Registered general nurse,I have worked with the NHS for 40 years most of my nursing career has been as a community nurse, the last 4 years I have worked as a vaccination nurse, working mainly in schools vaccinating children ,but have also worked in clinics delivering pre school vaccinations,I love working with children, and have dealt with many challenges as obviously children are scared and upset when being vaccinated as often are their parents, I have a very calming influence, to the child and parents putting everyone at ease.Im a mum to 3 grown up children and a granny to Euan 6 months,whom lives in New Zealand with my son and daughter in law.

Angela looked after our 4 kids at very short notice as we had a night out planned. She arrived promptly and immediately hit it off with the kids. They ordered pizza together and she even played PlayStation with our 5 year old. Her communication was great throughout and the kids had only positive feedback from their evening/night with Angela. Definitely recommended!
