Working as a Sunday school teacher I assess student performances,
behaviour, and class engagement. I ensure to have prepared lesson
content and delivery in line with curriculum guidelines. As I may be
young that does not limit me from Identifying student strengths and
weaknesses. This allows me to provide constructive feedback to improve
results.
