My Requirements
A childminder or nanny would be ideal, someone who can give him the care that he needs without the rush of day to day life being a concern. I’m looking for someone who does a child led learning experience, someone who is well versed in Montessori schooling practises, and understands that babies really are just little people!
As I am self employed, childcare isn’t really a necessity, just something I want to try for a few hours a week to see if Alfie enjoys it and benefits from it at all!
