About Me
My name is Jessica,
I have 19 years of on and off experience in working in nurseries, preschools, and the odd voluntary work in schools. I also have two children of my own who are 15 years old and 2 years old.
I live in Shirley Warren, and I'm currently looking to build up a waiting list while I'm still pre registration with Ofsted. I am hoping to start taking children on from May/July time but that's an estimate as I'm still waiting on registration visit.
I will be working Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 am till 6 pm.
I am looking at providing wrap a round care from 8am till 9am and 3pm till 4pm while I'm waiting for my inspection. NOTE: I will continue wrap around care even after my registration inspection. Funded children are only accepted once I am fully open as a childminder.
I can drop off/pick up from Shirley Warren nursery and school.
PROFILE WILL BE UPDATED AND CHANGED MADE WHEN REQUIRED
I'm also open to babysitting on weekdays and weekends while I'm waiting for my inspection.
My Experience
Two weeks each summer for 2 years at a SEN playcheme.
6 months voluntary work at Rose Road Association respite centre every Saturday.
7 months at Pixies Day nursery, Woolston.
2 years at Jack in the box day nursery, Bitterne. ( I had my eldest and became a stay at home mum for 3 yrs)
1 yr at Sparklers preschool, St Denys. The preschool was then taken over by Riverside Preschool, which I stayed on there for another 5 years. (then had my youngest, who I'm currently at home with).
My Qualifications
Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education
Level 2 i Special Educational Needs and Disability
My Availability
I'm currently only available for school drop off and picks, and babysitting jobs in my own home can only be for up to 2 hours, if more hours are needed I can come babysit at your home but needs to be local to Shirley warren area as I don't currently drive.
