About Me
I have 3 grown up children ages 23,21 and 19. They all attended Two Mile Ash Pre-School, Holmwood and Two Mile Ash School.
I love being a mum and spending time with them. My oldest is a Nursery Practitioner and my second oldest has just qualified as an NHS Nurse. My youngest works in Retail.
We are a nonsmoking family and do not drink alcohol. Everyone is DBS checked.
We also have 2 beautiful bunnies that we love very much.
My Experience
I have always loved working with children. I became a qualified practitioner in 2012 whilst working at Two Mile Ash Pre-School. I then went on to work with the Pre School Learning Alliance to provide crèches in and around Milton Keynes. This included working with children from 6 weeks old to 5 years and also involved supporting new mums.
With 23 years of experience as a mum and 13 years as a childcare provider I feel I have what it takes to ensure our most precious gift, our children, are kept safe,nurtured, supported and encouraged as they learn and grow.
I also live within 5-10 minutes walk of Two Mile Ash School, Ashbrook and Holmwood Schools so am in a very convenient spot for school runs both early morning and after school.
I also belong to a church group where I teach children between the ages of 5-11.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 3 CACHE Diploma For the Children and Young People’s workforce.
Level 2 Food and Hygiene certificate.
Paediatric First Aid for Childcarers.
My Availability
I am fairly flexible as my children are grown. I am happy to take children early in the morning so parents can get to work and to collect after school.
