About Me
I am just returning to work having taken a career break to focus on raising our four children, who are aged 12, 11, 8 and 6. We have three daughters and a son, and they are all polite and hard-working children, but also very friendly and lots of fun. We have three cats as well!
My Requirements
I work as a musician and have regular commitments on Monday and Wednesday evenings. This means that I need someone to look after our children from 4pm until 7pm every Monday and Wednesday (my husband is usually back by 7pm). I would collect my daughters from school and bring them home, but my son would need to be collected from a local school at around 17.10. I would prepare the children’s supper, so it would be a case of putting supper on the table, being with the children and chatting to them, playing games with the younger ones, helping the elder ones to get on with homework, encouraging any music practice to get done and making sure that no-one is spending time on tablets/phones when they shouldn’t be.
There will be occasional weeks when I need childcare on a Thursday and Friday after school also, so the ideal would be for there to be that potential flexibility.
