I am a single mother, currently completing my master's degree, and I need some assistance with caring for my baby so that I can finish my dissertation.
My Requirements
I'm looking for a nanny to care for my 1.5-year-old son for four hours daily from 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday through Friday. The perfect candidate would enjoy taking my child to the park and forest, engaging in outdoor activities, and fostering his appreciation for nature and wildlife. It would be a plus if you spoke at least one additional language besides English and were enthusiastic about incorporating this into daily activities to help develop his skills (such as the French language). Being crafty and eager to plan and lead arts and crafts activities with the kids would be great. Additionally, I would appreciate someone willing to visit the library and participate in stay-and-play groups. Someone who is calm and loving, who would show empathy because I believe kids need to be heard, understood, acknowledged, and supported if they are to learn how to deal with their own emotions because feelings are not to be ignored but rather opportunities for connection and growth. You will not need to cook, I will handle meal preparation and ensure he has healthy snacks.
