About Me

Being the proud mother of four grown children, I love spending time with children of all ages and providing a safe and nurturing environment for them. I have been teaching music in schools and in my private music studio for decades, as well as running a home that was always filled with children, both my own four and always many extras made up of their friends. I have experience working with children with special needs and have the extra bonus of knowing lots of children's songs and fun music games!
I have an enhanced DBS and am trained in child safeguarding, which is something I take very seriously. I am a passionate and experienced music educator with over 30 years of teaching and performance expertise, adept at inspiring students of all ages and abilities through innovative teaching methods and a deep understanding of musical theory, composition and performance.I am a skilled musician and choir leader committed to fostering creativity, collaboration and personal growth in students.

My Experience

I homeschooled my children for the first eight years of their schooling, and helped with the homeschooling of my friend's children as well.
I spent two full years from 2021-2023 housesitting and taking care of many different animals and plants while people were away. I can help take care of your pets and plants too as an added bonus.
