About Me
I’m a mother of 7 year old Mikey who is non verbal cheerful boy diagnosed with ASD.
Mikey loves spending time in and outdoors. He is great with letters and numbers, also loves music and nursery rhymes.
Mikey has got an EpiPen due to his nut allergy (never used, however we would prefer someone who will be able to provide help in case of an emergency anaphylaxis).
Mikey is hyper active and requires 24h supervision as he tends to try and escape/run away and explore.
He has no outdoor dangers awareness therefore he needs constant attention and when outside, someone always has to hold his hand or use his buggy to ensure safety.
We are looking for childminder who would be able to provide care for Mikey usually between times of 4pm-10pm Wednesday to Saturday, however that can be slightly amended in terms of days and hours as I am flexible in terms of work.
My Requirements
As above, Mikey needs someone who will be able to spend some time with him after school and during evening hours.
Mikey is most of the time a very happy boy and cooperative in terms of his care.
Mikey uses nappies however he is still trying to learn how to use the toilet.
