About Me
My name is Hayley Spencer. I live in Cradley with my husband, Chris, and our pets; Benji the dog and Jack and Autumn our cats. We live in a beautiful countryside setting, with plenty of walks for the children to enjoy. We also have a lovely play park and field just over the road from our house.
My Experience
I have been working in Early Years since 2012. I have worked in a few different nurseries in Malvern, Worcestershire. I have had 7 years experience as a DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) along with many other roles and responsibilities.
In 2024, I completed my Early Years Degree at The University of Worcester.
My Qualifications
My highest level of qualification is a Level 6 degree in Early Years Education, but I have also completed levels 3, 4 and 5.

My Availability
I will be accepting funding from 9 months - 3/4 years.
I am flexible with how you wish to use your funded hours. I will be open from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.
