So i am a SEMH experienced teaching assitant. I have worked with all ages up until 16 and enjoy my job massively. Working with children and helping others is a passion of mine. I am used to being busy thtoughout the day and am prepared for whatever the day brings.

I am a Semh teaching assistant who has worked with all age groups from all types of backgrounds, I have had experience with challanging behaviours, safe guarding, personal care, a well understanding duty of care and am used to a busy enviroment.
I have good communication skills, am patient, motivated and resilent. I understand all children are different and require different approachs.n
