About Me
Hi, I’m a reliable 18 year old, who loves spending time with children. I’m creative when it comes to playing games, love reading bedtime stories and I’m very switched on and responsible when it comes to childcare. I’ve previously trained in first aid but plan to refresh my skills. You can count on me to provide a safe and fun environment for your children! I have a DBS check, however there’s a problem on the gov. website so cannot access it currently.
My Experience
I’ve babysat my younger siblings and a few other children ranging from just under a year to 6 years old. I’ve also done work experience at a school for children with a range of disabilities, where I showed attentiveness and patience. I’m a very fast learner, can cook basic meals, manage routines and adapt to look after and care for the child however they need.
My Qualifications
I have a full set of GCSE’s, all achieved at high grades.
I’m predicted AAB for a levels including biology, chemistry and psychology.
I completed the DofE award, which included volunteering at the local children’s football club.
I can cook basic meals for children, adhering to the child’s expectations.
I am able to help with homework when it comes to older kids.
From WEX, I have learnt how to deal with challenging behaviour.
