About Me
My name is Lisa. I live in the Preston area of Weymouth. I am a fun, energetic, enthusiastic, professional childcare practitioner who enjoys working
and being with children of all ages to help them to learn and develop into little people.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends on days out etc. Spend a lot if time with children who are within the family or my friends children. I enjoy walking, reading and getting crafty.
My Experience
Been working in childcare over 15 years in various settings. I have worked in nurseries in baby, toddler and preschool rooms. I have been an assistant to a childminder looking after children ages 9 months to 12 years for 5 years and as a Nanny to various families. I have also been looking after friends
children.
While the children are in my care i like to take them out to parks, on walks, to animal parks and other attractions, take them to various groups (toddler and sensory) and provided activities for the age and stage of the individual child.
My Qualifications
Blended Paediatric First Aid Course – 17th April 2024.
Safeguarding Children – 21st June 2022.
The Certificate in Early Years Practice – 31st July 2012 (Open University)
Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education – Theory Grade D, Professional
Practice EE – 30th July 2007
Vocational Course - CACHE
Foundation Award In Caring for Children – 26th August 2005
And many other short courses.
I also have nanny insurance and business car insurance.
