I work full time in the city but I go into the office 3 days a week. Monday is my anchor day but I am flexible with the rest of the week. I am available from 7pm on the days I am in the office but from 5:30pm if I am working from home. My dad being a single parent I have had a lot of experience looking after my 3 younger sisters.
