My Experience
I’ve been babysitting since I was 15, caring for children from local families in my neighborhood and through my church community. Over the years, I’ve worked with kids aged 1 to 12, and these experiences have truly shaped my love for childcare and early development.
In addition to babysitting, I’ve also provided private tutoring for children aged 4 to 8, supporting them with schoolwork and early learning. Many of the younger children I worked with were in preschool, so our time together often included creative and hands-on activities. I planned and led engaging sessions like arts and crafts, show-and-tell, imaginative storytelling with objects, cookie decorating, and simple snack preparation—always with a focus on making learning fun.
These experiences have allowed me to create a nurturing, open, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I take great care in understanding each child’s unique personality and needs, and I strive to foster both their confidence and creativity in every interaction.
My Qualifications
I completed my 10th and 12th board examinations with scores of 85% and 90% respectively. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, graduating with an 'O' grade (Outstanding). Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in Psychology at the University of Plymouth.
My Availability
I’m available on both weekdays and weekends with prior notice, and I’m quite flexible with my hours. As a university student, I’m looking for a position that allows for some scheduling flexibility. I’m also occasionally available for overnight care when needed.
