My Requirements
Light learning, mostly playing and babysitting - (don't be afraid to ensure some rules, as in like ensuring she says her p's and q's) mainly for Thursday PM when I have work meetings...
There may be the occasional night/weekend babysitting but not often at all .. So long as my daughter is looked after and cared for I'm happy. Working from home, I am here most of the time, it's just when I have meetings in which I need to have that hour childfree
