My Experience
I've been working in childcare for over 7 years with a focus on all age ranges from 4-11. My journey began in school and wrap-around care settings, where I gained hands-on experiences supporting children's development both inside and outside the classroom. I hold qualifications in Supporting teaching and learning and currently work as a teaching assistant, giving me a strong foundation in early years. What truly drives me is my belief that every child deserves care that's centred around them, their interests and needs. I am to create an environment that consists of fun, laughter and meaningful connection. I also have SEN experience, and I tailor my approach to ensure every child feels included, supported and valued.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning, a nationally recognized qualification designed for individuals working with children in school settings. This qualifications equipped me with the skills and knowledge to effectively support teachers and promote children's learning, development and well-being.
My Availability
During term time I am only available some evenings, however in half terms and holidays that is more flexible.
