I am first time mum to my baby boy and I have two step son who are 13 go to local school.
I am support worker for adult care and do shift work, I am hoping to return to work around February time.
being first time mum really unsure what or where to start with all this all I know is that I need someone from February time

my baby will 10-11 months old will need a child minder who can start early as 7am due to my work till mid or late afternoon
