My Experience
I am a qualified primary school teacher with over 10 years of experience working across Early Years, Key Stage One, and Lower Key Stage Two. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for creating learning environments that are fun, engaging, and tailored to each child’s individual needs. I currently lead an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for children with autism, which has deepened my expertise in supporting children with a range of special educational needs. My approach is rooted in patience, creativity, and a belief that every child can thrive when learning feels meaningful and enjoyable.
My Qualifications
I hold a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status from Canterbury Christ Church University, where I graduated with a 2:1. I am currently furthering my expertise by completing the National Professional Qualification for SENCOs (NPQ SENCO), an 18-month programme designed to develop strategic leadership in special educational needs. This ongoing training complements my hands-on experience and reflects my commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development.
