My Requirements
My wife and I are separated and because we are both shift workers I am looking for a child minder to take care of Theo on a week on week off basis.
My shifts are a rolling 4 on 4 off. 2 days 2 nights. 4 off.
I am looking for someone who doesn’t require a fixed schedule to have Theo. One week I may need him to be looked after 3 times. The next week not at all. Also the most important days are Monday to Wednesday but could possibly need care on Thursday and Friday too. Weekends not required.
